SMS/Text Messaging Terms)

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy explains how Nature Coast Roofing Solutions, Inc. (“NCRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our related brand Alchemy Seamless Gutters, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with our websites www.naturecoastroof.com and www.alchemyseamlessgutters.com (collectively, the “Sites”) and our services, including our SMS/text messaging programs (together, the “Services”). By using the Sites or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Sites, by phone, in person, through email or text message, and through our customer relationship and scheduling platforms (e.g., CRM). It does not cover third-party websites or services that we don’t control.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Identifiers & Contact Information: name, mailing address, service address, email address, phone number.

  • Professional Information (optional): employer, job title (if you provide it for commercial projects).

  • Transactional & Billing Information: payment method details (processed by our payment providers), invoices, and order history.

  • Communications & Preferences: messages you send us, call recordings (if applicable), survey responses, and your consent choices (e.g., email or SMS opt-ins/opt-outs).

  • Device & Usage Information (collected automatically): IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages you view, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data.

  • Cookie/Tracking Information: information gathered via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Similar Technologies).

  • Project Information: details related to your roofing or gutter project, photos you share with us, appointment dates/times, and related service notes.

Sensitive categories: We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation, health information) through the Sites. Please do not submit such information unless requested for a specific, lawful purpose.

3) Sources of Information

  • Directly from you (web forms, phone calls, text messages, emails, in-person interactions).

  • Automatically when you use the Sites (via cookies, logs, and analytics).

  • Service Providers that support our operations (e.g., scheduling/dispatch, messaging, payments, hosting, analytics).

  • Public/Commercial Sources as permitted by law (e.g., address validation, business contact information for commercial projects).

4) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, schedule, dispatch, and complete the Services you request.

  • Send service communications (e.g., appointment reminders, “on the way” notices, billing notices, job completion surveys).

  • Respond to inquiries, provide estimates, and deliver customer support.

  • Process payments and prevent fraud.

  • Improve the Sites and Services, including analytics, quality assurance, and training.

  • Send marketing communications if you choose to receive them (you can opt out at any time).

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

5) How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information as follows:

  • Service Providers & Contractors: companies we engage to help us provide the Services (e.g., scheduling/dispatch, messaging platforms, payment processors, hosting, delivery, analytics). They are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us and to protect it.

  • Carriers & Messaging Vendors: to deliver SMS messages and related support (see Section 6: Text Messaging (SMS) Terms).

  • Affiliates/Brand Family: with Alchemy Seamless Gutters for operational purposes consistent with this Policy.

  • Legal, Safety, and Compliance: when required by law or to protect NCRS, our customers, or the public.

  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy’s protections.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6) Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program Description

Nature Coast Roofing Solutions, Inc. (“NCRS,” also doing business as Alchemy Seamless Gutters) offers text messaging programs that may include appointment scheduling and reminders, dispatch/“on my way” notifications, service updates, billing notices, job completion surveys, and (if you choose to receive them) occasional promotions or marketing messages.

Consent & Opt-In (Web and Verbal)

  • Web Forms: By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you agree to receive text messages from NCRS at the number you provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Verbal Opt-In: NCRS also collects opt-in consent verbally, either in person at our physical location or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, staff asks for the customer’s phone number and whether they would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys. Customers are verbally informed that “message and data rates may apply,” “message frequency may vary,” and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and no further messages will be sent.” Customers are also informed that their information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Cost & Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by interaction (e.g., appointment scheduling, service updates). Marketing frequency (if enabled) may vary; you can opt out anytime.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. We may also recognize other common opt-out keywords (e.g., END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT). You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. After that, you will not receive further text messages from us unless you re-opt in.

Carriers Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

Our messaging program is intended for users in the United States who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For general data handling practices, see the other sections of this Privacy Policy.

Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in this section with an updated Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in our messaging program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Short-Form Disclosure (used on our forms)

“By submitting this form and signing up for texts, you consent to receive text messages from Nature Coast Roofing Solutions, Inc. at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. 7) Email Communications

We may send you emails for account or service purposes (e.g., confirmations, reminders, updates). We may also send marketing emails if you have opted in; you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

8) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Sites. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however, doing so may affect certain features or services.

Do Not Track: Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

9) Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted, it is protected through encryption (e.g., SSL/TLS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then take steps to delete or de-identify it consistent with our retention practices and applicable laws.

11) Your Choices

  • Emails: Unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us.

  • SMS: Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. (See Section 6 above.)

  • Cookies: Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

  • Access/Update: Contact us to access, correct, or update your information.

12) California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) grants you the right to: (1) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain; (2) request deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (3) correct inaccurate personal information; (4) limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (if applicable); and (5) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Sale/Share: We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law.

How to Submit a Request: Please submit your request through our /contact page, by email at amanda@naturecoastroof.com, or by phone at (727) 351-0912. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent with valid authorization.

13) Children’s Privacy

The Sites and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

14) Third-Party Links

The Sites may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any website you visit.

15) External Data Storage

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

16) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy (including the SMS Terms in Section 6) from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on this page with a new Effective Date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Sites or Services after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
